Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

As a general rule of thumb, all of our products are packaged in paper or plastic mailers or cardboard boxes. Depending on local supply availability, packaging can be made of recycled, partially recycled, or virgin materials. Whenever needed, we use clear mailers, tissue paper, foam pouches, or bubble wrap to protect products from breaking or scratching.

To pay for our products, you need a valid payment method (e.g. a credit card, PayPal) that you’re authorized to use. All fees will be charged to your payment method, which may but is not guaranteed to be automatically updated.

We use Stripe to handle all card transactions safe and securely. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
